LOCATION
The charming Sandpiper Cottage is located in the exclusive, gated, family-friendly subdivision of Emerald Shores in Miramar Beach. The location will keep you coming back year after year. The cul-de-sac location is perfect for the family beach vacation of your dreams. We have two pools in the neighborhood, one is just steps from our front door. The home is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach OR you can take the FREE beach tram which runs continuously 9am - 5pm daily during peak season, weather permitting. We provide a large wagon that can be parked at the Beach Pavilion for free.
BEACH PAVILION
The Emerald Shores Beach Pavilion provides the VERY BEST BEACH ACCESS in the entire area! The exclusive beach pavilion offers private, gated beach access, private restrooms with changing areas (no long treks back to the house), outdoor showers, beach chair and umbrella rental services, parking for the beach cart, and our private snack bar. The beach pavilion is located directly across from Leeward Key, very near Kenny D's beach bar on Scenic Gulf Drive. To access the beach you simply walk 5-8 minutes from Sandpiper Cottage OR you can take the free beach tram.
