Sandpiper Cottage is located in the Emerald Shores gated subdivision in Miramar Beach, FL.  Emerald Shores is the first neighborhood on the gulf side as you enter South Walton County coming from Destin.  Guests will receive the  neighborhood gate code a few days before check-in.
